Q. What kind of videos can you transfer?
A. VHS, VHS-C, 8mm, 8mm High 8, DVC.

Q. What type of film can be digitized?
A. 35mm slides, 35mm negatives 110mm film and photos.

Q. I have a 2 hour video tape with only 1 hour and 15 minutes of video content. Do you charge for the full 2 hour DVD?
A. No! We charge per-minute based on an hourly rate. You will be charged for 75 minutes. ($18.75 at our $15/hr. Rate)

Q. Do you charge more if i have two, 1-hour videos, that I want to combine onto one 2-hour DVD?
A. No!

Q. Do you charge extra if I want to split a two hour video onto two 1-hour DVDs?
A. Yes! There is a $10.00 surcharge for each DVD the video is split on to.

Q. Approximately how long from the time I deliver my videos for transfer will they be converted to DVD?
A. It can take as little as 1 week depending upon the size of your order and how many orders are ahead of you. Timing is everything

Q. Can I get a rush order done?
A. We can get your order to you in a few days depending upon the size of your order. There is a 25% rush order surcharge for express processing.
This service may not be available at all times depending upon other orders that have precedence.

Q. How do I get my videos to you?
A. You can drop off and pick up your videos by appointment (we are located in Thornhill, ON), or mail them to us and we will mail them back along with the converted DVD’s. We charge the shipping rates posted by Canada Post, plus a $10 handling fee. We are not responsible for any damages, once the DVDs are out of our hands.

Q. What kind of packaging do I get?
A. Every DVD comes with an attractive label and colourful envelope. With a minimum order of $75.00, your DVDs will be packaged in an decorative storage box. Our packaging is subject to change as our suppliers change their products.
